how it’s made
Everything is handmade in small batches at my home studio in Boulder, CO. I use a high fire stoneware clay body from Rocky Mountain Clay in Denver. All pieces are thrown and trimmed on the potter’s wheel, then gas fired to cone 10 (2300° F) in a reduction kiln. I weigh and mix all my glazes by hand and recycle all my clay and trimmings to create a closed-loop system. All pottery is food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwavable.
